Asset Tokenization

Why Institutions Choose Blockmaze for Real World Asset Tokenization

Issuing a tokenized asset typically requires navigating multiple platforms – one for token creation, another for compliance and a separate exchange for liquidity. Blockmaze removes this fragmentation by combining compliant issuance, governance approval and automatic exchange readiness within a single regulated ecosystem.

Automatic Secondary Market Access

Assets tokenized on Blockmaze are structured from inception to meet the Blockmaze Exchange listing framework. Once governance approval is granted and tokens are deployed, they become eligible for secondary market trading without requiring issuers to negotiate external exchange listings or integrations.

Open Participation With Institutional-Grade Controls

The platform allows broad participation while maintaining institutional safeguards. Any licensed entity can apply, but issuance rights activate only after governance approval and wallet whitelisting. This balance enables ecosystem growth without compromising regulatory alignment or asset quality standards.

Reduced Operational Burden for Asset Owners

Issuers interact with a single platform that abstracts blockchain deployment, governance orchestration, compliance enforcement, and exchange preparation. Institutions can tokenize assets without building internal blockchain infrastructure or negotiating multi-platform integrations.

Built-In Liquidity Path From Day One

Unlike standalone tokenization tools, Blockmaze embeds exchange readiness into token design. Supply structure, disclosures, governance parameters, and compliance metadata are configured to align with secondary market requirements before issuance. This eliminates post-issuance restructuring and accelerates the path from asset onboarding to tradable market.

Governance-Backed Credibility for Issuers

Approval on Blockmaze signals that an asset has passed independent governance scrutiny, documentation review, and compliance validation. This governance-led admission process creates a trust layer similar to regulated market listing approval, strengthening issuer credibility with investors and regulators.

Continuous Post-Issuance Oversight

Tokenization on Blockmaze does not end at minting. Issuers remain subject to ongoing proof-of-reserve submissions, governance review, and audit requirements throughout the asset lifecycle. This continuous oversight maintains investor trust and supports long-term market credibility for tokenized assets.

Unified Ecosystem Access After Onboarding

Once an issuer completes compliance and onboarding, access extends across tokenization, exchange participation, and network governance environments without repeated verification. This unified identity layer simplifies lifecycle operations from issuance to market participation.

Democratized Issuance With Structured Governance

Blockmaze enables any qualified asset owner or institution to apply for tokenization through a transparent governance process. Instead of private gatekeeping by centralized intermediaries, applications are reviewed by a governance council and approved through DAO voting, opening tokenization access beyond large financial institutions while still enforcing rigorous asset validation, documentation review, and compliance checks.

Quadratic Voting Protects Issuers From Governance Capture

Issuance approvals follow a Quadratic Voting model, where influence grows sub-linearly with stake. This prevents dominant stakeholders from controlling listing decisions and protects smaller or sovereign issuers from governance concentration risk.

Issuance and Trading Separation Protects Market Integrity

Token creation and primary allocation occur on the tokenization platform, while trading occurs exclusively on the Blockmaze Exchange. This separation ensures that only fully approved, audited, and governance-authorized assets reach secondary markets, creating a clean market environment where liquidity forms around validated assets rather than speculative or unverified tokens.

How it Works?

How Tokenization Works on Blockmaze

Step 1
Institution Onboarding
  • An Institution signs up on the platform.
  • They complete KYB (Know Your Business) and submit all required details.
  • Super Admin reviews and approves the institution.
Step 2
Request to Become an Issuer
  • Once approved, the institution can request to become an Issuer.
  • This request is sent to the Decentralized governance council that approves the request and whitelists the issuer’s wallet.
  • After approval, issuer toggle/button is enabled and he gets permission to create offerings/proposals.
Step 3
Create Tokenized Offering
  • The Issuer creates an offering by selecting an asset class, such as gold, silver, US Securities & so on.
  • Issuer fills in offering details (asset info, supply, etc.).
  • Issuer submits the offering, which becomes a proposal.
Step 4
DAO Approval With Governance Voting
  • The proposal is sent to the DAO.
  • DAO members vote on the proposal.
  • They either accept or reject the proposal.
Step 5
Token Deployment & Listing
  • If DAO approves, Issuer deploys the token
  • Offering gets listed on the Primary Marketplace
  • Investors can now invest in the listed offering.
Step 6
Ongoing Issuer Responsibilities
  • Issuers can create new proposals and send them to DAO or mint additional tokens when required.
  • Every 15 days, Issuers must submit Proof of Reserve.
  • DAO verifies that real assets match the tokens issued.
Step 7
Blacklisting
  • Admin can create a proposal to blacklist an issuer.
  • If DAO approves blacklisting, the issuer cannot create new proposals or mint new tokens.
  • Only existing circulating supply remains active.

The Technology Behind the

BlockMaze Tokenization Platform

The Blockmaze Tokenization platform enables compliance issuance and lifecycle management of real world assets at institutional and sovereign scale. It allows issuers to tokenize assets under legal, custodial, and regulatory frameworks without dealing with blockchain complexity.

Issuance rules, supply controls, disclosures, and auditability are enforced at the platform level, ensuring on-chain tokens remain aligned with off-chain ownership and regulatory obligations. Built on an EVM-compatible architecture, the platform supports programmable asset logic, jurisdiction-specific configurations, and controlled preparation for regulated distribution and exchange listing.

By combining tokenization capabilities with enforceable compliance and audit mechanisms, the BMZ Launchpad provides governments, institutions, and licensed issuers with a controlled, scalable foundation for bringing real world assets on-chain.
